How to Protect the Environment
Protecting the environment is the responsibility of each and every one of us. Environmental pollution has caused great harm to mankind and the Earth so we must take action and measures to protect our environment.
Firstly we should reduce waste generation. We can reduce the amount of waste by recycling and sorting garbage. In addition we should avoid using disposable plastic products such as plastic bags and plastic bottles. We can use sustainable alternatives such as paper bags and metal bottles.
Secondly conserving energy is also an important aspect of protecting the environment. We should develop good habits of turning off lights air conditioners televisions etc. Additionally we can use energy-efficient devices such as energy-saving light bulbs and solar batteries.
