Travel Plan
I am planning a trip to Japan for next month. I have always been fascinated by Japanese culture and cuisine so I am very excited about this trip. My itinerary is as follows
Day 1 Arrival in Tokyo. I will check into my hotel in the Shinjuku area and explore the neighborhood. I plan on visiting the Meiji Shrine and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building for great views of the city.
Day 2 Tokyo Disneyland. This amusement park is known for its unique attractions and shows that are not found in other Disney parks. I am particularly excited to try the popcorn flavors that are exclusive to Tokyo Disneyland.
Day 3 Day trip to Mount Fuji. I will take a bus from Tokyo to Mount Fuji and spend the day hiking and taking in the breathtaking views. I hope to visit the Fuji Five Lakes as well.
Day 4 Travel to Kyoto. I will take the shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo to Kyoto and spend the day exploring the city's temples shrines and historical sites.
Day 5 Day trip to Nara. I will travel to Nara to see the famous Todai-ji temple and its resident deer. I also plan on trying some of the local specialties such as mochi (sweet rice cake).
Day 6 Visit Fushimi Inari Shrine. This famous shrine is known for its thousands of torii gates and is a must-see attraction in Kyoto.
Day 7 Return to Tokyo. I will take the shinkansen back to Tokyo and spend my last evening in Japan exploring the city's nightlife and trying some of the amazing food it has to offer.
Day 8 Departure. I will fly back home with unforgettable memories of my trip to Japan.
