I live in an apartment complex that has been causing me a lot of trouble lately. Firstly the walls are extremely thin which means I can hear everything my neighbors are doing. Sometimes they have loud parties that go on late into the night which makes it difficult for me to sleep.

Secondly the elevator is always breaking down. This is particularly frustrating when I am carrying heavy groceries or luggage up to my apartment on the 7th floor. I have complained to the management several times but the issue has not been resolved.
