Yesterday I fell asleep in my English class. In my deep sleep I slowly slid onto my English teacher who was giving a lecture on the podium. Suddenly I felt my body becoming heavy and my head seemed to have no support. Then I woke up and found myself sleeping on my teacher.
我吓了一跳因为我的老师正在给其他同学们讲解我不想打扰她于是我尽量轻轻地立了起来但我的老师的椅子太旧了它开始颠簸我的老师似乎在想要向前跌倒我赶紧扶住她但这不是我想象中的那么简单我似乎忘了抬起我的腿因此我摔倒在地上我的老师也摔倒了
I was shocked because my teacher was explaining things to other students and I didn't want to interrupt her. So I tried to stand up as gently as I could but my teacher's chair was too old and it began to wobble. She seemed to be about to fall forward. I quickly held her but it wasn't as simple as I thought. I seemed to have forgotten to lift my leg so I fell to the ground and my teacher fell too.

My classmates all saw this scene and laughed loudly which made me feel extremely embarrassed. My teacher fell and hurt her arm and I felt guilty. I apologized to her which made her feel uncomfortable. I was very self-reproachful because I shouldn't have slept let alone slept on my teacher.
