1:Read Subsequent Write

原文

As technology continues to advance people are becoming more reliant on electronic devices such as smartphones tablets and laptops. While these devices have made communication and information more accessible their excessive use has also led to negative impacts on individuals and society as a whole.

For one the overuse of electronic devices can lead to addiction and dependence. Many people find it difficult to disconnect from their devices even during social or family gatherings. This can lead to a lack of face-to-face communication and an inability to engage in meaningful relationships with others.

Additionally the constant use of electronic devices can lead to physical and mental health problems. Staring at screens for long periods of time can cause eye strain headaches and even sleep disorders. It can also trigger feelings of anxiety and depression as individuals become more isolated and disconnected from the world around them.

Thus while technology has undoubtedly brought many benefits it is important for individuals to recognize the potential negative consequences of excessive electronic device use and take steps to limit their usage.

To overcome the negative impact of excessive electronic device use people need to find a balance between technology and real life. One way to do this is by setting boundaries and limiting the amount of time spent on electronic devices. For instance individuals can schedule specific times or days to disconnect from technology and engage in offline activities such as reading books exercising or socializing with friends and family.

Moreover employers and educators can play a crucial role in promoting healthy habits and reducing the negative effect of electronic devices. Companies can encourage employees to take breaks or engage in physical activities in between work hours while schools can incorporate digital detox programs into their curriculum.

Ultimately it is important for people to remember that technology should enhance our lives not dictate them. By being mindful of our electronic device use and balancing it with real-life experiences we can reap the benefits of technology without being consumed by it.

In my experience learning English I faced many challenges. At first I felt very unfamiliar and confused about the language. However over time I gradually acquired its basic knowledge and skills.

I focused on improving my listening and speaking skills by participating in English corners clubs and speaking contests. These activities made me more confident and improved my oral proficiency. Although I still have a lot to learn I have realized that learning English requires a lot of patience and effort. Despite feeling frustrated at times due to my lack of proficiency in speaking or writing I will not give up. I believe that with consistent effort I will eventually master English.
