My Trip to Hangzhou
Last week I went on a trip to Hangzhou with my family. It was my first time visiting this beautiful city in Zhejiang Province. We stayed at a hotel near the famous West Lake.
On the first day we visited the West Lake and took a boat ride. The lake was very serene and the scenery was stunning. We also visited the Lingyin Temple which is one of the most famous Buddhist temples in China. The temple was very peaceful and had beautiful statues and artwork.
On the second day we went to the Longjing Tea Plantation and learned about how tea is grown and made. We even got to try some of the tea which was very delicious. We also visited the Six Harmonies Pagoda which is an ancient tower with a great view of the Qiantang River.
Throughout our trip we enjoyed the delicious food of Hangzhou such as the famous Dongpo Pork and West Lake Fish in Sweet and Sour Sauce.
Overall my trip to Hangzhou was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery delicious food and interesting cultural attractions.
