My Difficulties in Freshman Year

My freshman year was filled with challenges and pressure. Firstly I found it difficult to adapt to the new environment and lifestyle. It was a new course new teachers and new classmates every day. I felt like I was struggling to keep up with the pace and that made me feel frustrated.

Secondly I faced the problem of inadequate study. I had never experienced so much and such difficult coursework and exams. I realized that I needed more time and effort to study but I didn't know how to start.

Another problem was social pressure. I came from a small city and most of my classmates were from big cities. They had more experience and broader interests which made me feel at a loss. I was afraid of not finding my own social circle.

However I never gave up. I began to overcome these challenges using different methods. I joined some clubs made some like-minded friends and we studied and communicated together. I also sought help from teachers and classmates and made better study plans. Gradually I adapted to the new environment and lifestyle and became a better version of myself.
