I Learned How to Cook
I have always been interested in cooking but I never really took the time to learn how to do it properly. However during the pandemic I found myself with a lot of time on my hands so I decided to start cooking more often. At first it was a bit challenging but with practice I became better and more confident in the kitchen.
I started with simple recipes like scrambled eggs pasta and stir-fries. As I got more comfortable I tried making more complicated dishes like chicken curry lasagna and sushi rolls. I also started experimenting with different cuisines and flavors and I discovered that I really enjoy cooking Asian dishes like ramen dumplings and fried rice.
One of the things I love most about cooking is the sense of satisfaction I get from making something delicious from scratch. I also find it relaxing and therapeutic especially when I'm stressed or anxious. Plus cooking for friends and family is a great way to connect and show them how much you care.
Overall learning how to cook has been a rewarding experience for me. It's a skill that I know I'll use for the rest of my life. Plus it's a lot of fun
